In order to enhance further the capacity of the justice ventures in eradicating human trafficking, empowering the urban poor and ensuring access to justice, JVI is collaborating with "networking" justice ventures to establish justice resource centers, or JRCs, in India's largest cities. Each JRC is expected to serve as a sustainable intermediary organization, mobilizing the delivery of training, technical assistance, and funding to strengthen the various justice ventures on the ground. These "networking" justice ventures include the Chennai Transformation Network, the Network of Urban Transformation Alliances and other networking organizations.
JVI is providing professional legal services and business planning training. In addition, JVI is mobilizing start-up grant to establish four JRCs over the next three years. Finally, JVI is identifying and documenting best practices in using intermediaries to strengthen local justice ventures.
The project is expected to create sustainable local intermediary organizations, and ultimately lead to enhanced capacity of multiple local justice ventures in eradicating human trafficking, empowering the urban poor and ensuring access to justice.

Chennai Transformation Network is a movement of professionals, community leaders, pastors, and civic organizations working together on issues affecting the people of the city of Chennai, located in southern India. CTN works in and through the neighborhoods, the wards and local churches to bring transformation to the city's residents and problems. CTN envisions safe neighborhoods, effective community development and holistic change across the metropolitan areas of the city of Chennai. Believing such transformation will only happen through the combined effort of all, CTN seeks to work with civic organizations, concerned individuals and the churches on projects that will bring about holistic transformation.
With assistance from JVI, CTN seeks empower churches, ministries and non-governmental organizations in the city of Chennai to be a prophetic voice in justice and poverty eradication.
